RTO Service agreements enable Nationally Recognised Training to be delivered by your trainer assessors to your workplace.

Performance Training RTO Service Agreements provide clients with all the benefits of delivering nationally accredited training, without the headache of becoming a Registered Training Organisation. Performance Training RTO Service agreements come in five categories:

  1. Employer to RTO for companies seeking to align their training and assessment practices to nationally accredited standards and, have their workforce recognised with formal qualifications.
  2. Trainer/Assessor to RTO for Specialist Trainer Assessors seeking to deliver nationally accredited training to their clients without wanting the headache of becoming their own RTO.
  3. RTO to RTO for Registered Training Organisations seeking support with compliance audits, resource development, and or conducting moderation / validation activities.
  4. Industry to RTO for industry bodies, government departments seeking to develop workforce capability through the design, development, and delivery of accredited training programs.
  5. Consultancy service agreements for short term defined portions of work such as:
    1. Training and Assessment resource development
    2. Workforce Competency Needs Analysis / Training Needs Analysis
    3. Course Accreditation Support
    4. Auditing and Compliance Assessments.
